What's it to work in a StartUp...
Relaxed and laidback? Less work? Easy Life?
Well, not even slightly like this. To work in a StartUp, is fun, challenging, dynamic, full of ideas, energetic !
Starting from scratch, one gets to explore a number of attributes.
How do I know all this?
An opportunity came knocking at my door, an opportunity that helped me evolve. I grabbed it like any other smart person would do ( Oh Yes, I'm smart *wink*). Giving me hands on practical knowledge in parallel to my theory being studied in my Final Year of Bachelor of Management Studies.
Going in depth, this opportunity was none other than the young and vibrant SOCIATO.
Honestly, I myself was unaware of my content generation skills. For all these years, they were hiding in my brain and I finally managed to seek them. Handling few client pages initially on Facebook to writing content for an actual website, ( Did I? :P) got me over a hill. Ofcourse, all this was only possible through constant and valuable guidance of Sahil and Amrita, the founders of Sociato.
Balancing studies and work, family and friends, has induced an important feature : Multitasking! Here, at Sociato no client is kept waiting for long because we believe in delivering excellence on time. I have never been laid back due to this element.
Cool environment, liberty to take up things as per my suitability and most important my Cool Mentors are the perfect ingredients to bake my own yumilicuous cake, that is, my Work and my Persona!
